From the driveway, the property’s entrance opens up into a small hallway, off which you’ll find the large, open-plan living area. Oozing with charm and boasting views out over both Dartmoor and the estuary, this room includes a modern kitchen with all the mod cons you could ask for, a comfortable seating area and a dining table large enough to accommodate all ten guests.

And that’s not even mentioning the double doors leading out to the large balcony! Also on this floor is a twin room with a pair of single beds and a shower room complete with rain-head shower. Downstairs, you’ll find the lower ground floor, which houses two additional bedrooms.

The first of these is another twin room, again with two single beds, whilst the second comes with bunk beds and a small sofa, making it the perfect spot for any younger guests to call home. This lower level also comes with another family shower room. On the top floor of the property you’ll find the master suite – a luxurious bedroom with a super king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower and a corner bath and even a separate dressing area.

There’s also a second en-suite bedroom upstairs, this time with a double bed and bath. Both of these rooms come with stunning views out over the neighbouring countryside. Outside you’ll find the enclosed garden with its furnished terrace area, BBQ and a large lawn complete with trampoline.
