One of three luxury apartments located in Salcombe on the ground floor, sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms close to a number of sandy beaches and just a short drive to the popular beaches at North and South Sands. Inside you'll find granite work surfaces, under floor heating, oak flooring, low level lighting, remote controlled Velux windows and a private south facing sun terrace.

Please note: Due the the nature of the property a maximum of 4 children can be accommodated.

ACCOMMODATION
Entrance to hall with oak floor and low level lighting which leads to all rooms. Open plan living/kitchen room with sitting area with two sofas, gas fire place, dining table to seat 8, Smart TV with numerous features. Kitchen area with large fridge (freezer in utility room), dishwasher, electric ovens, gas hobs, granite work surfaces, island unit and remote control Velux windows (close automatically in wet weather).

Bedroom 1 with super king bed, built-in double wardrobe, patio doors to sun terrace, en suite with shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 2 with king bed, built in double wardrobe, en suite with shower, basin and WC. Bedroom 3 with 5ft king bed, built in double wardrobe. Bedroom 4 with 3ft bunk beds. Family bathroom with oval sunken bath with hand held shower, separate double-head shower, basin and WC. Utility room with sink, washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer.

Please note: When the property is let at a discounted rate for 4 people or less in the low and mid season only the beds in bedroom 1 and 2 will be made up as standard.

OUTSIDE
Private South facing sun terrace with 180 degree estuary views at the front of the property, tap and lights. Rear sheltered courtyard. Rear tiered garden with the top terrace catching most of the days sun (Please note: Although the guests have exclusive use of the top tier of the garden patio there is a right of way for two other apartments to access a gate from the top terrace).

Parking for 1 car in designated parking space. Further on road parking on nearby streets.

Local facilities: Spar shop 400 yards. North Sands beach 0.5 miles. Pubs, restaurants and other shops 5-10 minute walk down the hill into Salcombe centre (slightly longer coming back). Kingsbridge with all facilities including supermarkets 6 miles.
