A lovely seaside cottage in Sandown that sleeps 4. This stunning property is wonderfully situated between the town centre and the beach so you can enjoy a stroll down to the Esplanade or the High Street which offers a great selection of shops, bars and local eateries. The children will be in their element down at the pier with arcades, games, attractions and plenty of ice creams to go around. If you fancy staying close to Sandown you’ve got options to visit the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary and Dinosaur Isle or, heading further afield, you’ve got Tapnell Farm and The Isle of Wight Aqua Park both within an 18-mile radius. With easy access to the coastal path and Ferncliff Gardens just 0.5 miles away, there’s plenty of outdoor exploration to enjoy too!

Upon entering this stylish holiday home, you’ll step into the porch area which is ideal for dropping off beach shoes and hanging up jackets. This little area also features a small downstairs WC. Heading into the property you’ll find yourself in the bright and airy open-plan kitchen and living area which features everything you could need for a relaxing island escape. The living room features ample comfortable seating along with a Smart TV, the perfect place to wind down after a long day at the beach. Heading up the stairs you will find the master bedroom with Smart TV – and with the stylish yet cosy decor, it’s impossible not to completely relax and unwind in this lovely, spacious room.

If you open the quaint shutters and look out, right ahead and to your right you will get a glimpse of the beautiful sea views that the island has to offer. Moving through this floor there’s the family bathroom – why not take a long soak in the bath after a day out exploring the coastal path? The final room on this floor is a twin room. This room also features lovely shutters providing the perfect environment for a good night’s sleep.

Finally, as we head back downstairs and out the back of the property there is a private, enclosed garden with seating and a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining any time of the day. You will also find a collection of beach toys and games stored here so there’s no shortage of things to do.

There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
