Three bedroom contemporary split level holiday home in Cornwall overlooking the beach at Downderry with sea views across to Rame Head and Looe Island. This self-catering accommodation sleeps 6 people in three spacious bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms provide beautiful panoramic views of the sea, including from the bath!

The front door opens into a welcoming reception leading to a cloakroom and a large open plan kitchen/ dining sitting room. The living area is perfect for a holiday in any weather. In the summer months the living space can be extended to incorporate the decking so you can enjoy the view by opening the bi-folding doors for Alfresco dining. Whilst in the Winter, the storms can be watched rolling in across the bay, with the comfort of the cosy fire. A perfect retreat to suit all.

Although a small village, Downderry does offer a selection of shops for those essential purchases. The beach, nearby pubs and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk from your doorstep.

Twin Room with 3ft beds and wardrobe and sea views to the east of the property.

OUTSIDE
South Facing Garden decked garden to the left of the property with table and chairs with outstanding views. Steps down to small lawned area.

Outbuilding located at the end of the terrace, beneath the parking area provides, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, additional larger Fridge Freezer, BBQ and various beach items for your use including wind break, dingy, paddle boards with life jackets

PARKING
Lookout has a parking space available for one average sized vehicle, perhaps 2 smaller ones. The turning circle is particularly tight. It is recommended to reverse into this space. There is additional parking available a short walk at Seaton beach or a public car park situated in the middle of the village.
