This newly decorated cosy hideaway, a great choice for a family or group of friends, is in the centre of Seaton, literally steps away from its many amenities and attractions, including the long pebble beach, where you can hire kayaks or stand-up paddle-boards, swim or simply take it easy with an ice cream from one of the cafes. Seaton Wetlands is just a mile away, where you will find five bird hides and nearly 4km of level trails and boardwalks suitable for wheelchairs, bikes and push-chairs.
The very pretty Axe Harbour is half a mile along the esplanade in one direction, or take the South West Coast Path for just under 2 miles in the opposite direction and you will come to the picturesque fishing village of Beer. Lyme Regis – unmissable for its famous Cobb and excellent selection of specialist shops – is 7 miles, and Charmouth, with its renowned fossil-hunting beach, is 11.5 miles.
On the ground floor of this comfortable house you can gather around the flame effect electric fire in the rustic lounge and enjoy sociable meals in the kitchen/diner. There is also a bathroom on this floor, while upstairs are three bedrooms – a double, a twin and – accessed through the double bedroom – a single.
The house has a small garden and patio with a charcoal BBQ and dining table and chairs.
