A modern cottage in Seaton that sleeps 4 guests in the perfect location from which to fully discover the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site, as it straddles Devon and Dorset. This stylish property has everything necessary for a family or couples to enjoy getting to know this lovely part of East Devon. The town has a shingly beach where you can picnic, swim or book a session of kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding. Not to be missed is the town’s unique heritage tram which takes you on a 3-mile route via the small village of Colyford to the ancient town of Colyton, travelling through two nature reserves alongside the River Axe estuary. Alternatively, following the South West Coast Path you can walk to Beer (1.5 miles) or Lyme Regis (7 miles).

On the ground floor, the house has an open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, which is full of light thanks to the full-length windows and double doors at one end. This spacious room features a tiled floor throughout, and has an appealing area in which to relax in front of the TV, as well as a dining space and a light and bright corner kitchen. Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms – a relaxing double and a welcoming super-king-size, which can be made up as a twin on request, alongside a family bathroom.

Outside, a spacious, fully enclosed garden includes paved and gravelled areas, with a table and chairs for enjoying delicious meals in the fresh air.
