In addition to the comfortable seating area, there’s a desk ideally situated for catching up on creative pursuits. On the same floor, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen with modern amenities, large windows, and a door leading to the garden.

This bright and airy space is ideal for preparing and sharing meals with family and friends, with a spacious dining table and benches. The ground floor also includes a convenient WC and a versatile utility room that doubles as a shower room. As you ascend the stairs, you’ll discover the king-size bedroom boasting lovely sea views, allowing you to wake up to the beauty of the coastline every morning. Adjacent, is a well-appointed bathroom with a bath and handheld shower, making it easy to relax and refresh after a day of seaside adventures. The third bedroom features a bunk bed, perfect for kids or additional guests.
