This ground-floor apartment in what was previously the ballroom of the Burlington Hotel is an ideal getaway for a family or group of friends seeking a seaside getaway. Located near the seafront in Sheringham on the North Norfolk Coast, this property is near an array of delightful cafes, restaurants and shops (less than 0.5 miles). As well as an award-winning beach, this town is also home to a museum (less than 0.5 miles), a 19th-century railway station (0.5 miles), a model boating lake (less than 0.5 miles), a golf club (1 mile) and the historical Beeston Regis Priory (1.5 miles).

Climb a set of steps to reach the entrance of the building. As you step inside the property, you’ll immediately be won over by the high ceilings, generous amount of natural light that floods in through the arched windows and elegant design of the property. The open-plan kitchen/dining/living room is calming and spacious with pastel-hued furnishings. In the morning, enjoy your breakfast and a cup of coffee from the Tassimo coffee machine at the breakfast bar. At dinner time, gather around the extendable dining table beside a picture window. Relax on the sofa or one of the two armchairs in front of the SkyTV. Unpack your things and make yourself at home in the spacious master bedroom with earthy tones, a king-size zip-and-link bed, two large arched windows, a Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom. The en-suite has a classic feel about it with tiled walls and an opulent roll-top bath as well as an additional shower cubicle. Inside the second bedroom, which has a similar design to the master bedroom, there’s a king-size zip-and-link bed as well as an en-suite with a shower and WC. The third bedroom has another king-size zip-and-link bed. There is also a family shower room.

Although this property does not have a garden, Sheringham Beach is less than 50 metres away – where you can enjoy a picnic or BBQ as you watch the waves lapping the shore.
