Located in the vibrant seaside town of Sheringham with plenty to keep the whole family entertained, this beautiful cottage is a fantastic base from which to explore the Norfolk coast. The town itself (0.1 miles) has an array of independent shops, a golf course, tennis courts and a traditional sandy beach where sunny days are well spent relaxing and building sandcastles. Take a walk on the coast path which leads to Cromer (5 miles) to visit a further selection of beaches, a famous pier and a number of great eateries serving up the famous delights of Cromer crab. 9 miles away is Blakeney, where boat trips are available to see the largest common and grey seal colony in the UK.

This welcoming holiday home has a spacious living room, with two comfortable sofas, an armchair and a wood burner making it a great social space to relax in after a long day out exploring. The open-plan kitchen/dining room has a contemporary feel with charming nods to the history of the property with a modern twist. Through a characterful large archway, there is a dining table seating six with patio doors leading out to the garden. Off the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine, microwave and a second fridge for convenience. Completing the ground floor is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Upstairs, there are two, inviting bedrooms, one king and one twin which share a shower room with a luxurious rainfall shower head. The final bedroom is a twin and sits on the second floor, boasting exposed beams and built-in storage.

To the front of the property is an enclosed garden with seating, whilst the main garden is to the rear, featuring a raised deck with garden furniture and a BBQ.
