The bustling high street – with its independent shops, tearooms, seafood stalls and little theatre – is within 200 metres, leading up to the lovely expanse of beach where you can pick up the coastal trail to Cromer (5 miles) or just nibble an ice cream while walking along the promenade. Heritage lovers will adore the Poppy Line steam railway running to the Georgian town of Holt (6 miles), and the National Trust properties of Felbrigg Hall (5 miles) and Blicking Hall (12 miles). Alternatively, the gorgeous sandy beaches and wildlife reserves run along the entire coast to Wells-next-the-Sea (17 miles) and beyond.

This contemporary two-storey property is comfortably furnished and decorated throughout.
