Situated in the vibrant coastal resort of Sheringham, this well-presented property makes a wonderful base for a family or friends holiday beside the sea. Tucked away in a quiet zone, there is a wealth of things to do on your doorstep. Take a scenic walk along the prom admiring the colourful beach huts, sample fresh seafood and local fish and chips in this former fishing village, or enjoy a bracing walk along the coastal path. Inland, Sheringham Park offers wonderful walking and sea views, while train lovers can catch the heritage steam train to the beautiful Georgian town of Holt (5 miles). If you love exploring historic homes, the National Trust properties of Felbrigg Hall (4 miles) and Blickling Hall (11 miles) are within easy reach.

The spacious living/dining room is tastefully presented with a selection of squashy sofas to sink into after a day at the beach, and a large Smart TV to watch in the quiet evenings relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals and includes a breakfast table and chairs. There’s also a downstairs cloakroom with WC. The first floor houses two bright and spacious bedrooms – one double and one twin – plus a family bathroom, while the top floor has a large twin suite with a TV and chairs, which is flooded with natural light with fabulous town and sea views and has a low, sloping ceiling.

Out the back, a rear patio garden with chairs and BBQ makes a bright and sunny spot for relaxing and entertaining in sunny weather.
