Budget family friendly cottage in Slapton in Devon that is pet friendly and sleeps 6 and is just a short drive to the beach at Slapton Sands. The cottage is brimming with character, has slate floors with underfloor heating, beamed ceilings, an inglenook fireplace and Rayburn stove. Overlooking a beautiful valley, just outside the coastal village of Slapton the cottage is surrounded by a lovely large garden with a sunny barbecue area looking out over the Devon countryside. There’s a comfortable sitting room with wood burner, a modern well equipped kitchen diner and upstairs three comfortable bedrooms.

Accommodation: Ground floor, sitting room, wood burner stove, TV and DVD. Kitchen, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and additional Rayburn with twin ovens. Utility room, washing machine, dryer and freezer. Shower room. First floor, Bedroom 1, king size bed. Separate access to first floor, bedroom 2, twin single beds. Connecting corridor gives access bedroom 3, twin single beds (5’6” long). Bathroom (no shower).

Outside: Large sunny garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
