The kitchen is to the rear, with utility leading to the spacious downstairs bedroom, which has twin beds. There is a newly added downstairs bathroom plus extra downstairs toilet also. Upstairs there is a family bathroom comprising a bath with shower over, toilet and hand basin. There is a separate shower room with toilet and hand basin. The further bedrooms are a good size with the two front bedrooms having superb coastal views, both with double beds. Overlooking the rear garden is a twin bedroom with built in wardrobe. The pillows are duck feather, if this is not suitable for you synthetic pillows can be provided, please make a note on your booking when you make a reservation. Please note, some areas of the garden are steep and accessed by steps, unsuitable for young children. Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement (maximum of 2). A supplementary fee of £15 will be added to your invoice per dog. Please do not allow you dogs on the furniture or upstairs and do not leave them alone in the property at any time. Sorry, stag or hen parties are not permitted. The property will be ready from 4 pm on the day of your arrival. Please depart by 10 am on the last day of your stay. Please leave the property clean and tidy so that we can guarantee it will be ready on time for our next guests. Available for week-long bookings with changeover on Friday. Short breaks are also available. The property is situated off the Scenic Toll Road, but you do not have to pay a toll to get to the property. Strictly no smoking.
