Bathroom with bath, shower over, hand basin and WC. OUTSIDE Steps up to sloping garden with picnic table and barbeque platform. Please Note: The garden is located on the edge of the cliff, bordered with a Devon bank. Care should be exercised at all times when close to the bank. PARKING Parking for one car.
