South Devon luxury group cottage sleeps 8

This unique large holiday cottage is located near Hope Cove in the hamlet of South Huish, South Devon. Close to Salcombe and Thurlestone this holiday home is part of a group of converted luxury barns set in landscaped gardens enjoying the use of indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis court and a croquet lawn.

The house features a semi-circular living room with fabulous views across fields and down to the sea and is located in an area where you can enjoy pursuits like walking, bird watching, golf, sailing and all types of water sports. Thurlestone Sands is about a kilometre away and is perfect for sunbathing and swimming, so if you're planning a South Devon beach holiday then this self-catering group accommodation should suit nicely.

Inside the cottage and just off the hallway there is a utility room with washing machine and clothes dryer. The hallway leads you into the semi-circular living room with flat screen TV, basic sky package and DVD player. There is also an iPod dock and a dining table that seats 8. The modern kitchen includes double electric ovens, a ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, large fridge and freezer.

On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with super king double bed, plasma TV and en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with two 3ft single beds, a family bathroom with double ended bath and large corner shower and a second twin bedroom. Upstairs there is the master bedroom suite with a super king bed and stand alone bath and walk in power shower. Please Note that the master bedroom is only available at the higher rates regardless of the number of people in your party.
