St Agnes three bed holiday cottage, along a quiet residential lane, moments from restaurants and shops and within a mile of the sandy beach, a semi-detached Victorian villa. At the back, steep steps up to an attractive, enclosed, terraced garden with large decked area (table/chairs), trees and views across the village.

Inside, bright and easy with good furniture, colours and wood floors. Steps up to front door to light hall. Living room with woodburner and TV/DVD, through to separate quiet area (iPod dock). Big kitchen/dining room with breakfast table, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and Rayburn plus electric cooker.

Step up to smart bathroom (suite, shower over bath). Small utility area with washing machine, microwave and stable doors to garden. Stairs up to two double bedrooms (one with 5' bed); small loo. More stairs up again to a twin bedroom under the eaves and neatly fitted shower-room. Parking for one small car. A great spot within strolling distance of town and beach.
