The floor to ceiling sliding doors across the ground floor, master bedroom and first floor living area allow you to make the most of the breathtaking panoramic views across Carbis Bay Beach and St Ives Bay to Porthkidney Sands, taking in Godrevy Lighthouse and miles of sandy beaches that stretch up the North Cornish coastline.

At this holiday home you are never far from the outside with direct access to the terrace and gardens from the downstairs living areas, as well as two private balconies upstairs, you will be constantly mesmerised by Atlantic ocean before you. Marvel at the peaceful position of this wonderfully private house as it fills you with a sense of calm and tranquility.

On the ground floor is an entrance hall leading into an open-plan kitchen, dining area and living area 2 to the left. A separate W.C. stairway access to the first floor. To the rear a doorway leading to a utility room. To the right leading to living area 3, with Bedroom 2 and en-suite.
On the first floor are Bedroom 1 en-suite with own balcony, Bedroom 3 and 4 , two family bathrooms and Living Area with own balcony. All the rooms at the front of the house have stunning sea views.
