The beautifully presented accommodation comprises of a spacious, dual aspect sitting room with television, comfortable lounge seating, sea views from two long windows and French doors which open to a small railed balcony providing a birds eye view.

There is a fully fitted, kitchen / dining room on the seaward side with fine views from a cushioned window seat. Kitchen appliances include dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a television with small balcony enjoying water views, a 6ft double bed and en-suite shower room W.C. with hand basin.

A twin bedded room at the rear of the apartment and a bathroom W.C. with hand basin and shower over the bath completes this delightful accommodation.

This property is efficiently heated via central heating.

OUTSIDE
There is a small railed balcony off the lounge with wonderful sea views.
