The property enjoys plenty of relaxing and entertaining space with a large open plan kitchen / sitting / dining room on the ground floor, leading on to the secure and private beach front garden. There is also a sitting room on the first floor with sliding doors, the full width of the room, out onto the balcony. The house is pet friendly and dogs can play to their hearts content in the secure garden. With the beach just through the garden gate, it is canine heaven. This stretch of the beach is dog friendly all year round. Dog owners are requested to clear up after their pets upon departure and pets are not permitted upstairs, in any of the bedrooms or on the soft furnishings. The property is located on a private residential estate so the road is quiet and all the neighbours very friendly. It is just a 5 minute walk into the village of East Wittering and a 10 minute walk in the other direction to Billys on the Beach in Bracklesham…undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in the area and the only one on the beachfront. The house has plenty of parking for at least 4 or 5 cars on the drive is secured by an electric gate.
