Large detached Edwardian villa in Devon that sleeps 10 just a 10 minute walk from the beach, tennis courts, golf course and shops, pets welcome, large gardens and plenty of parking.

ACCOMMODATION
Front door into outer porch and hallway. Spacious, most attractive sitting room with large bay windows that overlook the gardens. There is an open fireplace, comfortable sofas, chairs, TV with DVD and doors open to the verandah and gardens. Further large family room with feature bay windows, this room has chairs, table tennis table, plenty of games, toys and books making a wonderful room for the children to escape to.

Downstairs cloakroom with basin and a separate WC. Door from here to the rear hallway and rear garden door. Off the hallway is a large dining room with dining table to seat 8. The kitchen is well equipped and fitted with plenty of units, electric cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Adjacent utility rooms with washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Downstairs shower room with shower, basin and WC. From the hallway a fine staircase rises to the landing. Bedroom 1: A double bedroom with 5ft bed, wonderful views. Adjacent bathroom with bath, shower over and basin. Bedroom 2: A very spacious double room with wonderful views and a 5ft bed, TV and fitted cupboard.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 have doors that lead out to a balcony - a perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of tea. Bedroom 3: Twin bedroom with 3ft beds and a pretty fireplace (not for use). Bedroom 4: An attractive children’s room with a single 3ft bed with pull-out guest/child bed, cot, a Victorian fireplace (not for use) and walk-in airing cupboard. Adjacent separate WC. Steps down lead to the second bathroom with bath and basin. Bedroom 5: Small twin bedroom with 3ft beds, also with an attractive fireplace (not for use) and fitted cupboard.

OUTSIDE
The driveway leads into an extensive parking area to the side and rear of the house. The large ¾ acre gardens are provided with garden furniture and extend around the house, with wide green lawns edged with shrubs and hedges. Hidden amongst the trees at the bottom of the garden is a further area of lawn, great for hide and seek. A gate at the bottom of the garden leads to steps down to the road, just a short walk to the golf course and beach.Please Note: The gardens are not dog proof.
