With five bedrooms, a large living room with wood burner, second sitting room and a conservatory area the house provides a spacious living area for a large family or group wanting to enjoy this glorious area of South Devon.

Dining area to seat 10. Conservatory with patio doors leading to the terrace. Sitting room, with wood burner, french windows to the rear garden. Second sitting room/TV room, Smart TV/DVD and french doors to back garden. Utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Shower room.

First floor: Bedroom 1, super-king size beds, sea and church views and en suite bathroom with bath and shower over. Bedroom 2, super-king size bed, church views and en suite shower room. Bedroom 3, twin single beds. Bathroom with bath with hand held shower over and separate shower cubicle. Bedroom 4, twin single beds. Bedroom 5, single bed (with single truckle bed under please advise at time of booking if required). (Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 have zip link beds - please advise at time of booking if an alternative configuration of beds is required to those described as standard.)

Outside: Large garden with lawns surrounding the property, paved patio and garden furniture, charcoal barbecue. Garage storing games equipment, including table tennis table.
