Kitchen/ diner, under floor heating, electric range cooker with induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and dining area. Bedroom 1, bunk beds (only suitable for children). Accessed from hallway to first Floor, bedroom 2, king size bed and en suite shower room. Bedroom 3, twin single beds and en suite shower room. Bedroom 4, double bed. Bathroom with shower over bath. Accessed from sitting room to First floor, bedroom 5, double bed, this bedroom is approached via bedroom 6, three single beds and en suite shower room. (This wing can be closed off for smaller parties of up to 6 at reduced rate in low season.)

Outside: Fully enclosed garden with lawn area and patio, surrounding the outdoor heated swimming pool (from 4ft - 8ft deep). Gas barbecue, pool house with shower and large sauna and wet suits. Washing machine and tumble dryer. The garage houses a games room with table tennis and darts board.

Please note: The swimming pool has no shallow end – starts at 4ft deep. Pool available from May until September, sauna available all year round.
