Entrance hallway, leading to lounge with seating for 8, Freeview TV, grand piano, library wall of books, Wood burning stove (first evening of logs provided in the winter months).

Dining room with large dining table and seating for 8, side board, further upright piano.
Kitchen with eye level electric oven, microwave, grill, electric hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine, (tumble dryer in rear outhouse) dishwasher, toaster and kettle.
Ground floor shower room with walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin.

First floor Master bedroom with super king size 6ft bed bed side tables and lighting, large chest of drawers, hanging area, and en-suite shower room with walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin.
Second double bedroom with king size 5ft bed, bedside lighting, two chest of drawers, cupboard for hanging area, en-suite shower room with walk in shower, WC and wash hand basin.

First twin room with 3ft single beds or zip and link into a super king size double bed, (request during booking), bedside tables and lighting, large tallboy chest of drawers and hanging area.
Second twin room with two 3ft single beds, bedside table and lighting, chest of drawers.
Family bathroom with bath and shower over bath, WC and wash hand basin.

OUTSIDE
Two flat lawned areas, with seating on picnic benches, plus additional seating. Several pathways leading all over the very well maintained rambling land.
It is fenced but boisterous dogs may not be contained in a few areas.Please note, all children must be accompanied in the gardens and land as some areas have high un fenced banks.

PARKING
Parking for up to 3 cars at the top of the driveway, beside the house, with turning area.

ADDITIONAL
Included: Bed linen, towels, WiFi, electricity and heating Logs and kindling for wood-burner for first night in Winter months.
Welcome tray of home made cream tea and sponge cake on your arrival.
Pets: Up to two well behaved pet welcome by arrangement (living areas only).
