Three bedroom restored fisherman's cottage in Devon on the beachfront at Torcross, a mix of contemporary and traditional this wonderful holiday home enjoys sea views from most rooms.

Step outside and perched above the beach is terraced decking and lawn to enjoy the sublime views. Each of the three bedrooms looks out to sea, so you can hear the waves rolling onto the beach. With a well equipped kitchen, and sitting room with an open fire, this is a truly special cottage for your South Devon holiday.

Due to the proximity to the sea and terraced garden children should be supervised at all times.

Entrance from the back door and steps down into -

Fridge, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave.
Dining area, table seating for 5, two tub chairs.

Sitting Room:
Three seater sofa and 2 armchairs, open fire, TV, DVD player.
From rear hall by kitchen-bathroom
Bath, WC and basin, large separate shower.

First floor
Bedroom 1-5ft bed
Bedroom 2-3 ft bed
Bedroom 3-4’6’’bed

OUTSIDE
Utility Outhouse with under counter freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer.
To the front (sea side) of the property, terrace leads to decked terraces and sloped lawn, views over the beach. Table, chairs and barbecue. Please note the Coast Path passes next to the garden.
