Enjoy building sandcastles, watching the sun set, or taking a swim in the sea.

Take the kids for a day out at the fabulous Splashdown Quaywest (2.5 miles), the country’s largest outdoor water park. For groups that love walking and soaking up the sights, join the wonderful South West Coast Path that passes through Torquay and meanders along the coastline.

Head inside this spacious and charming bungalow and place your sandy shoes in the porch area. Lead through to the contemporary kitchen/diner and cook a tasty evening meal. Enjoy eating together around the dining table and open up the large bi-fold doors to let the sea breeze roll through. The twin can be made into a double on request. There is a wonderful living area with plenty of comfortable seating, and an adjacent conservatory offers up panoramic views of Torbay, spend a morning drinking a coffee admiring the view, or a peaceful evening watching the sun set.

Upstairs are the further two bedrooms, another king-size with en-suite shower room with WC, and a single bedroom. Both of these bedrooms have large windows that let light come flooding in and provide the opportunity for you to admire the far-reaching views from bed.

The outside space of this property is truly stunning with with extensive panoramic views across Torbay and the harbour. An upper terrace leads from the conservatory which has a table and chair. Take the stairs that lead to a lower patio terrace with further seating and find adjacent a large lawn space.
