The best local beach is Torre Abbey Sands, with its pretty pier and the South West Coastal Path offers stunning sea views in either direction. Alternatively, head inland to Dartmoor National Park 15 miles away. For a different day out visitors can catch one of the foot passenger ferries and head down the coast to Dartmouth or Totnes.
Guests enter the apartment building and climb a set of carpeted stairs to reach the second floor. Once inside the living area is open-plan with large windows and French doors spanning the width of the room. This design takes full advantage of the magnificent views out across the marina. A comfortable corner sofa is set up to one side and on the other is a large dining table. French doors lead out to a long balcony. To one side of the room, guests can access a compact kitchen area with everything you need for rustling up delicious meals. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, and an en-suite shower room and also has access to the front balcony. Large windows here offer another chance to gaze out at the ocean views. The second bedroom is a twin room with easy access to the family bathroom, which features a shower over the bath.
The front balcony runs the full length of the apartment offering outstanding views and plenty of fresh air. There is outdoor seating for morning coffee or dining alfresco and a more laidback sun lounger for relaxing with a cocktail in hand. The apartment building also features shared gardens which guests are very welcome to use.
