Take the kids to the wonderful Splashdown Quaywest (5 miles), the largest outdoor waterpark in the UK, or the exciting Paignton Zoo Environmental Park (4.5 miles).
The cottage is also close to the South West Coastal Path to explore the beautiful coastlines and scenery.
On entering this home you will find yourself in the open-plan dining and living area. With exposed walls and beamed ceilings, as well as two warming wood burners, this room is the ideal space to get cosy of an evening, playing games together, or watching films on TV. The kitchen area has everything you need to rustle up delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and a handy dishwasher is provided. Upstairs are the three spacious bedrooms and the bathroom. Firstly is the double master bedroom which has character of its own with beamed ceilings and an ornamental fireplace. The single bedroom is perfect for a teenager to have their own space, while the bunk bed room is great for the younger members of the group. A wood-panelled bathroom completes the property which has a large walk-in shower and WC.
Outside the back of the property is a wonderful courtyard, accessed via the kitchen. It has a table and chairs and is a great spot to read in the sun, enjoy a morning coffee, or relax with a tipple in the evenings.
