Torquay is famed for its beautiful palm tree seafront and promenade, with a choice of local restaurants and bars in the evening to choose from, the perfect setting when the sun is out. There is also the stunning marina where you will find a ferry ride to Brixham or Dartmouth, renowned for their fresh fish and eateries. Other places of interest include Exeter for its stunning Cathedral and shops, the naval city of Plymouth, The Princess Theatre, Paignton Zoo, Dartmoor National Park, Kent’s Cavern, Dartmouth Steam Railway and numerous National Trust properties. For keen walkers, the South West Coast Path is also within distance to take in some beautiful scenery.

Step inside this wonderful property on the ground floor to find yourself in the open-plan kitchen/diner. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you will need during your stay for the best homemade meals and comprises an electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso Inissia coffee machine and microwave. The dining area comfortably sits all guests and benefits from patio doors that open up to bring the outside in, perfect on a summers day. Moving through the property, take a step up to the spacious lounge, complete with comfortable seating to relax after a day of exploring the local area. Here you will find a Smart TV/DVD to keep everyone entertained in the evening in front of the pebble-effect electric fire. Upstairs on the first floor you’ll find the bedrooms, one king-size and one double with plenty of storage for everyone. There is also a bathroom on this floor, with a walk in shower and WC.

Outside the property is a small terrace area with a table and chairs, and a couple of sun loungers for guests to soak in the sun and relax in the fresh air. There is also an off-road parking space at the front of the property for one car.
