The well-equipped, spacious kitchen boasts an electric cooker and hob, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher, while the dining area comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it perfect for memorable group meals. The utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, while the cloakroom hosts a wash basin and WC. On the ground floor, you'll also find the fourth bedroom, furnished with a super-king size bed and its own en-suite shower room for added convenience.

The first floor has three more bedrooms, the first bedroom features a double bed with an en-suite shower room, the second bedroom offers twin single beds, and the third bedroom houses a small double bed. The family bathroom is complete with a bath, wash basin, and WC.

Within walking distance, you have the wonderful surfing beach of Polzeath, acres of golden sand at the family-friendly Daymer Bay, sailing and water-skiing available at Rock. The famous St Enodoc golf course is also nearby for those looking to perfect their swing! Just a ferry ride across the Camel Estuary is the well-known fishing port of Padstow, where there are many fantastic restaurants and boutique shops. The nearby Polzeath has two surf schools that also offer equipment hire, several lively cafes, intimate restaurants and a selection of shops; a truly beautiful location.
