St Agnes traditional, cosy cottage that sleeps four with one dog welcome and private terrace with outdoor furniture with seating for up to four guests, plus barbecue area. The ground floor is open-plan and has all that you will need for your holiday, in this popular seaside town.

Relax in front of the roaring wood burning stove on cooler evenings or head out to one of the many eateries around the corner on a warm summers evening.

Upstairs, you will find the two comfortable, light and plush double bedrooms with white painted wooden floors and luxury linens providing a great setting for a good night’s sleep before waking up in the morning to explore the area or head down to the beach. You will also find the family shower room on this floor.

If surfing or outdoor sports are your passion, your large garage is just 200 yards up the lane, a safe place to store bikes, kayaks or surfboards. Although the garage is a short distance away, you can pull up outside the cottage to unload your car before parking it up the lane, in front of the garage, perhaps not even using it for the duration of your stay.

With a double bed. Please note that this bedroom is on the cosier side.

With a shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

Outside:
Private terrace with outdoor furniture with seating for up to four guests, and barbecue area.
Separate garage within 200 yards for storage of beach equipment and parking adjacent for one car (please note, the lane is typically Cornish and therefore narrow in places. Guests with larger than average vehicles may prefer to use the town car park just around the corner).

Due to the steep steps within the cottage, children over the age of five years only please.
Please be aware, there is a convenience store close by which receives early morning deliveries which may be heard by light sleepers.
