Two bedroom family friendly cottage in the seaside village of Tresaith on the Cardigan Bay coastline and enjoys panoramic views over the beach and bay. The sandy beach is popular with families and sailing enthusiasts, and there is a local cafe, pub and shop nearby should you forget your picnic. Access to the Ceredigion Coast Path is easy from here, where you can take the short walk to Aberporth in the south (1 mile), or north to Penbryn (1.5 miles). Head to the market town of Cardigan (8.5 miles) for a day of shopping or exploring the many independent cafes and restaurants.

As you enter the property, you are welcomed into a small hallway leading onto the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge has a three-seater sofa and separate armchair centred around the Smart TV, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. On cooler evenings, get cosy and make the most of the wood burner. There is a dining table for four and the contemporary kitchen leads off from here, making this a perfect social space for families. Make the most of the stunning sunsets over the bay while settling down for the evening from the comfort of your lounge. Back into the hallway, you’ll find a convenient downstairs WC. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms: the master bedroom has a super-king-size bed and incredible sea views, and the second bedroom is a twin room. Both bedrooms have storage for your clothes and belongings and offer a light, airy space to relax in. Completing the accommodation is the family bathroom with a shower over the bath, sink and WC.

Externally, there is a large balcony terrace enjoying stunning views over the bay. There is outdoor seating provided so you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the beach, or a cool drink after a day exploring the area.
