There is incredible soundproofing throughout to let everyone have their own space whilst holidaying together. Enter into the bright hallway and you have a choice of two living spaces on either side: one lounge with Smart TV and comfy sofas, or the games room on the right with sofas, Smart TV and multi-use games table – meaning you can choose between a pool, air hockey or table tennis. There is also a sofa bed here for additional guests, and an en-suite shower room with a large, walk-in shower. Head back out and through to the impressive open-plan kitchen/diner with additional sociable space featuring a sofa and a TV. This is ideal for everyone to gather and chat while preparing family meals together with bi folding doors next to the dining area and lounge area. There is also a handy utility room, with a wet room and an area to dry wetsuits. Head upstairs and you will see four bedrooms on the first floor, one master bedroom with zip-and-link beds and an en-suite shower room, one double bedroom, one twin and one bunk room. There is also a handy family bathroom here. Ascend the stairs to the top floor where you will be greeted by a large, master bedroom with a super-king-size zip-and-link bed, a seating area with a TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, and a stunning sea view.

Outside you can enjoy a fantastic, enclosed garden with seating and BBQ, perfect for dining alfresco.
