This bungalow is the ideal holiday home for small families or groups of friends longing for some breezy, seaside relaxation. The village sits on the Norfolk Coastal Path, and the 2.5-mile hike to the iconic red and white striped lighthouse at Happisburgh is well worth the effort. 4 miles inland, you’ll find Bacton Woods, where you can cycle the trails to your heart’s content. Alternatively, visiting the seal colony at Horsey Beach (12.5 miles) is an absolute delight, and hiring a boat in Wroxham (12 miles) to cruise the waterways of the Norfolk Broads National Park is an experience you’ll never forget.

Step inside this single-level coastal home and you’ll find a sophisticated interior that’s been designed with relaxation in mind. Take a moment to make yourself at home in the stylish living room. With its comfortable seating, Smart TV and Bluetooth speaker, this is a lovely place to unwind. Make your way through to the light and bright kitchen to rustle up some dinner for your loved ones. You’ll find an electric cooker, fridge, washing machine and microwave, so there’s everything you need to show off your culinary skills. Host a dinner to remember in the conservatory and afterwards chill out on the conservatory’s chaise longue corner sofa in front of the wall-mounted Smart TV. Alternatively, step through the French doors into the garden to pull up a chair by the firepit, or make your way to the living room to catch up on your favourite TV shows while you warm your toes by the wood burner. At the end of the day, you have two lovely bedrooms to choose from – a double with a TV, and a single with a truckle bed that sits at the same height as the main bed frame. Completing the accommodation, you’ll find a handy shower room with a step-in electric shower.

Outside, you’ll find a smart shingled area to the front, and to the rear you’ll discover a wonderful enclosed garden with a cute summerhouse, garden furniture and a firepit. There is designated parking available for two cars.
