There are some excellent cycling routes in and around the village of Ridlington and you’ll be just 2.5 miles from the coastal village of Happisburgh. You’ll also be just 6 miles from the village of Mundesley which has a Blue Flag beach hugged by colourful beach huts and a good range of shops, pubs and restaurants. There is an excellent 9-hole golf course and driving range in the village with both horse riding and sea fishing available locally.

The Broads National Park (17 miles) is just a short drive away – enjoy river trips at Wroxham, the capital of The Broads, where you can even captain a boat yourself! Venture further afield for the National Trusts’ Felbrigg Hall (13 miles) and Blickling Hall (15 miles), nature reserve and bird watching at Cley Marshes, and railway buffs can choose from the steam line from Sheringham (18 miles) to elegant Holt or the small gauge Bure Valley Railway in Aylsham (14 miles) to The Broads National Park. If the children are with you, BeWILDerwood (12 miles) is a must.

All on one level, the property is a gorgeous combination of character and charm with exposed beams and brickwork throughout, as well as modern touches. The property has a wonderful open-plan living/dining area which is perfect for socialising with families and friends, or just for kicking back on the comfortable sofas in front of the wood burner and watching the Smart TV with sound bar. The kitchen looks through some rustic wooden frames onto the dining table for six.
