Step into this immaculate detached house and into the spacious hall. The dual-aspect light and airy lounge is stylishly appointed with a Smart TV, PlayStation 4 and a football table. The kitchen/diner is the focal point of the house with bifold doors leading on to the patio bringing the outside in and offering enviable far-reaching views over Watchet and to the sea - on a clear day, you can see as far as Wales.

The contemporary kitchen includes two electric ovens, an induction hob, a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, wine cooler and a Nespresso coffee maker. The comfortable dining area seats six and there is also a comfortable sofa. The utility room has a washing machine and tumble dyer. There is also a useful cloakroom with a WC. Heading upstairs, there are three bedrooms, with the master bedroom boasting incredible sea views.

This bedroom has a king-size bed, a Smart TV, bifold doors which open onto a balcony with seating and a swinging chair, and completing this room is an en-suite shower room with a shower and WC. The second bedroom is a further king-size and the final bedroom is a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made up as a twin on request) which enjoys stunning views. Completing this floor is the bathroom with a freestanding bath, separate shower and WC.

Outside, there is a private enclosed patio where guests can enjoy unwinding on the comfortable seating while enjoying the stunning sea views. There is also a hot tub, which is particularly inviting at night, when guests can enjoy the warm bubbling water under the star-filled skies. Guests will also find a BBQ stand for disposable BBQs in this space. To the side of the house is an external staircase which leads to a raised grassed area with seating where you can enjoy the views. There is also driveway parking for two cars.
