Norfolk fisherman's cottage in Wells Next the Sea ideal for families or couples, sleeps 4 located minutes away from the Quay and the heart of town. This 300-year old fisherman's cottage features beams made from the masts of old fishing boats, original wooden and tiled floors, a reclaimed pantile hearth, latch doors and steep Norfolk winder stairs to both floors.

Open Plan Kitchen/Dining/Living Room
A well-equipped country style oak kitchen with tiled floor, electric cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with icebox and microwave, overlooks the dining and sitting areas beyond. Wooden flooring runs through the dining area, where there is a wooden table and four chairs, set beside the pantiled hearth and fireplace (the fire is not for use), continues up into the raised sitting area where there are two comfortable two seater sofas, side tables, lamps and TV with Sky and DVD player.

Steep Stairs (with handrail) lead to the First Floor:

A pretty room with 2'6" single beds, bedside table, wardrobe and window to the front and view of the Quay.

Enclosed private south facing terraced garden with table and chairs. There is a right of way through the garden for the adjoining cottages, but this is very rarely used.

Parking
There is an off road parking area shared with the adjoining cottages, which is available on a first come first served basis.
