Sleeping up to four guests, the two-bedroom retreat offers accommodation across three storeys. From the property, walk or drive just over 1 mile to reach the town’s wide, sandy beach, which is backed by a pine forest and row of colourful beach huts or venture 3 miles to the impressive beach at Holkham, also known for its spectacular size and unspoilt scenery. Take a memorable trip through the glorious Norfolk countryside on the Wells and Walsingham Light Railway, just over 0.5 miles from the cottage.

Step into this characterful abode to find an inviting lounge/kitchen/diner, with strip-wood flooring and ample space to relax. It comes with a Smart TV, plus a DVD player and a CD Player for your enjoyment. Make your way over to the kitchen area to put the kettle on or to prepare a meal to serve up at the dining table. There is an extra occasional table with chairs in the conservatory, where you might like to unwind with your cup of coffee and perhaps a freshly baked bun bought locally. When night falls, climb the steep, winding, cottage-style stairs up to one of the double bedrooms. One of these, which has a shower cubicle in it, is on the first floor, together with the family bathroom, while the other – a trundle bed with pull-out single bed underneath – can be found on the floor above.

There is a small shingled outside area at this cottage. You also have a useful shed for storing your bikes securely.
