Sleeping six guests, and also welcoming one happy hound with open paws, the three-bedroom holiday home is approximately 1 mile from the vast beach, where your four-legged friend can leave paw prints in certain swathes of the sand, and where you can swim and make sandcastles. The quay is less than 500 metres away, where you can enjoy fish and chips or an ice cream as you watch the boats come in and out. Alternatively, the light railway, with its trains to historic Walsingham, is about 1 mile from the cottage on the other side of town.

Let yourselves into the townhouse at ground-floor level to find the generous entrance hall, complete with table football to challenge each other on. The stylish kitchen/diner, fitted with granite work surfaces and every appliance you might need during your stay, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer, is also at this level, together with a separate WC. Head up to the floor above to find your lounge, with its French doors on to a Juliet balcony – open this up on sunny days to bring in a sea breeze. Find a film on the widescreen TV in here or log into your own Netflix accounts to stream a movie. There is also a Blu-ray player for films, plus a CD player and iPod dock for listening to music. A double bedroom, with an en-suite shower room, is also at this level. Venture up to the second floor to find a king-size bedroom, a twin and the family shower room.

Take in the views out the nature reserve from the decked veranda at this holiday home. Light the BBQ and dine outside in the enclosed, courtyard garden on fine days.
