Close by is the village of Polperro with its picture postcard harbour and colourful narrow streets. Attractions in the area include The Monkey Sanctuary, The Adrenalin Quarry, Go Karting, Porfell Wildlife Park, The Eden Project and many National Trust properties, making this a perfect place for all the family.

Accessed via steep steps this fantastic apartment is worth the journey. Enter into the property via a small porch area into the hallway with space to store coats. The kitchen is the first room on the right and is fully equipped and ready to prepare a meal or two with the electric oven and hob or enjoy a morning coffee made with the Nescafe Dolce machine; the kitchen also benefits from a microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Moving along the hallway, the first of two bedrooms, a king size, is on your right, opposite the bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The second bedroom is a cosy double with sea views over the harbour. The comfortable lounge area features sea and river views and comfy seating surrounding the Smart TV; the perfect place to kick back and relax after a day exploring Cornwall.
