Sleep soundly in high-quality bedding, designed for ultimate comfort and to provide a home away from home. Bathroom towels are also provided.

Covid-19 compliant cleaning - adhering to current protocols, to ensure guest safety. Anti-bacterial wipe-down of all surfaces and anti-bacterial spray/steaming of all fabrics.

This spacious reverse level open-plan living offers ample kitchen / living space with dining area and commands a superb view over the cricket ground and onto sea views with Lundy Island in the distance.

Lounge, there are bi-fold doors to the balcony to enjoy the evening sun and tremendous sunsets. Underfloor heating throughout.

Dining for 6, the open plan design allows all guests to interact between the kitchen, dining and lounge areas.

Kitchen, a range of modern and stylish high gloss eye level and base level cupboards and drawers, with a view across the nature reserve and onwards to the sand dunes.
- Built-in oven and grill, fridge/freezer and dishwasher with attractive LED floor lighting.
- Microwave, toaster, kettle, George Foreman Fit Grill (Griddle, Hot Plate and Toaster Machine), Krups Expresso coffee maker & Dulce Gusto pod machine can be found on the worktop or in the cupboards.
- Central island with inset electric induction hob on one side and breakfast bar facing the Kitchen window with views of the nature reserve and sand dunes.

Master Bedroom & Ensuite
- A comfortable king sized double bedroom, built-in wardrobes and a door to the patio garden. Desk lamps and USB wall sockets to the left and right of the bed.

- En-suite comprising of a large rainfall shower, low-level W.C and wash hand basin with vanity unit and motion sensor under lighting below, tiled floor with underfloor heating.

Bedroom Two
- A comfortable twin bedroom with built-in wardrobes. Set as two single beds. Desk lamp and USB wall socket.

Bedroom Three
- Stylish bunk bedroom sleeps two adults comfortably, with chest of drawers. USB wall socket.
With space for a Travel Cot.

Bathroom - Well-fitted with a white 4 piece suite comprising a bath, separate rainfall shower, low-level W.C and wash hand basin with vanity unit and motion sensor under lighting below, part-tiled walls, tiled floor and underfloor heating.

Utility cupboard with washing machine / tumble dryer and separate linen cupboard.

Child Friendly
- Stairgates, highchair and travel cot can be found in the utility cupboard.
- Black out blind can be stuck onto either windows.

Outside Space - Entering by the gate from the parking bays the outside garden is laid to patio and chippings, a coastal chic design allows you to soak up the sun trap or find some shade in this corner plot.

Outside Dining - Outdoor dining table seats 6-8 on the patio, BBQ & Firepit in garden corner / snug.

Parking - The property provides 2 private parking bays immediately to the rear of the property with access to outdoor electricity sockets for your Car EV Charging.

Secure storage - There is a useful lockable storage shed for all your surfboards, kayaks, bikes, golf clubs to one side of the house, accessed from the patio.

Heating - Mains gas fired boiler with radiators in the bedrooms and under-floor heating in the lounge, dining and kitchen, plus bathrooms.

Dog Friendly
- Fully enclosed garden
- Dog towels are provided by the front door, dog blankets are provided for use in the lounge.
- Hot and cold outside taps provide a warm outside hose / shower to wash them down before entering the property.
- Dogs are permitted all year round at the Northam Burrows end of the beach (the far end) and the whole beach from October to May.

Guest access
You'll have the whole place to yourselves.

For check in we will leave a key in the lock box, so you can arrive anytime.
