There is also a stylish and contemporary family bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. Completing the ground floor is a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink which has an internal door to the garage. Heading upstairs you are greeted with an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with Smart TV and a kitchen where you can enjoy cooking up a storm!

Open the bi-fold doors onto the balcony which runs the width of the house and let the fresh sea air flow in, enjoy the panoramic sea and nature reserve views and don't forget to enjoy the glowing sunsets. Completing this floor is the fourth bedroom a king-size with a Jack and Jill en-suite shower room with a shower and WC with doors to both the bedroom and living area.
