The cottage lies on the outskirts of the pretty village of Weybourne, within half a mile of the beach. Weybourne has a friendly pub and is home to the Muckleburgh Military Collection. Heading across the coast, there are gorgeous beaches at Sheringham and Salthouse (both within 3 miles) and the thriving seaside resort of Cromer with its seafront and Victorian pier (7 miles). Local attractions include Baconsthorpe Castle, Blickling Hall, Cley Marshes, Morston Quay and Felbrigg Hall (all within 14 miles).

Entering this light, appealing and beautifully furnished property the cosy lounge provides a great spot to sit back in front of a warming wood burner, listen to your favourites via the wireless speaker or watch a movie or chat about the day’s adventures. The ground floor also features a soothing bathroom so you can enjoy a well-earned soak. At the end of the day, head upstairs to the first floor and the two colourful, freshly decorated bedrooms. Featuring low sloping ceilings, there’s a choice between a lovely nautical-themed twin room and a pretty nature-themed double room. Both bedrooms have a TV so you can watch a late-night movie or enjoy a lazy lie in. The landing has a handy seating area with a well-stocked bookshelf, and there’s also an invigorating shower room to help you start the day.

Stepping outside, the pretty courtyard garden is fully enclosed and offers plenty of outdoor furniture so you can enjoy a morning coffee or dine alfresco at the end of a wonderful day exploring this beautiful part of Norfolk. To the front of the cottage, there’s a lovely courtyard garden which is shared with the neighbouring cottages.
