Discover the literary origins of Dracula with a visit to Whitby Abbey, spend an afternoon at Whitby Brewery (both 1 mile) or simply appreciate an afternoon on a sandy beach (0.5 miles). The town backs onto the North York Moors National Park, complete with days out at Mulgrave Castle (4.5 miles) or the Museum of Victorian Science (9 miles) and the chance to explore the ever-changing scenery with hiking boots and a plentiful picnic in tow.

This reverse-level accommodation can be found in a traditional Victorian terrace on one of Whitby’s charming streets. Step down some external stairs to access the lower ground floor where you’ll find plenty of space for sleeping. Both bedrooms boast opulent décor that’s carried through into the upstairs space. The master bedroom is a lovingly laid out double with plenty of storage space for your belongings, a TV and an en-suite shower room with WC. A second bedroom is made up as a pretty twin, again with an abundance of storage for clothes.
