Budget pet friendly cottage near Winchelsea and Camber Sands, just a short drive from both Hastings and Rye ideal for families or friends, sleeps six with shops and pub within walking distance.

The front door leads through into a welcoming hallway with space for dropping off coats and shoes before heading through to the spacious lounge/diner. The cosy lounge area offers a comfortable sofa, armchair and rocking chair in which to relax whilst watching the Smart TV with Netflix provided or enjoying a good book in front of the wood burner on a chilly evening. The dining area is light and airy and overlooks the garden, and offers a great space to enjoy family meals around the farmhouse table and chairs.

The traditional cottage kitchen is located just off the dining area and is fully equipped with a range-style cooker with a gas hob and electric oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. The ground floor is completed by a shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. Heading up to the first floor, you will find the first of the bedrooms: two super-king bedrooms (can be made into twin beds on request).

The family bathroom is also located on this first floor and offers a beautiful original French copper bath with a handheld shower attachment and a WC.Heading up to the second floor, in the eaves of the cottage you will find the third bedroom which is a king-size room.

Outside, there is a fully enclosed garden with an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, sink, and charcoal BBQ; various seating areas to enjoy the sunshine all day; a table and chairs for enjoying al fresco meal; a fire pit for cosy evenings, and a climbing frame to keep the children entertained. There is unrestricted roadside parking available outside the property, subject to availability.
