The front door opens into a light and airy lounge/kitchen/diner which has been stylishly decorated and offers dual aspect windows that ensure you can enjoy the glorious sea views at any point. The lounge area is cosy and inviting with a large sofa and two armchairs with a Smart TV for you to curl up in front of and watch your favourite programme.

For evening meals there is a large dining table with seating for eight where you can enjoy relaxed family meals that have been whipped up in the well-equipped kitchen. There is an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer washing machine, and a dishwasher.

There are three ground floor bedrooms, two king-size rooms, both offering beautiful sea views and one of which has an en-suite WC, and a triple bunk bedroom which has a Smart TV. The property is completed with a shower room that has a walk-in shower and a WC.

Outside, a wraparound patio area is a perfect spot to enjoy a summer BBQ or morning coffee. A handy outdoor shower is great for washing off sandy toes after a day at the beach. There is private parking for three small cars or two large cars.
