Woolacombe family friendly budget apartment that sleeps four with parking space. The family-friendly, sandy beach of Woolacombe is just a short stroll from this property, and the popular beaches of Croyde and Saunton are within easy reach, all providing excellent surfing. The South West Coast Path, offering spectacular views and some of the finest walks in the country, is also nearby. You can also access The Tarka Trail, which offers fantastic off-road walking and cycling. You could explore Exmoor National Park, take a day trip to Lundy Island, or visit historic Barnstaple with its market and high street shops. There are many other attractions including the National Trust property of Arlington Court, the pretty fishing village of Clovelly, or you could enjoy a day with the animals at Combe Martin Wildlife Park.

On entering this attractive first-floor apartment you will find yourself in the elegant open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The cosy lounge offers TV/DVD and a wood burner effect electric fire. The dining area is nicely situated. Heading over to the kitchen you will find everything you may need including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and a handy breakfast bar. Exploring further you will find two comfy bedrooms: one king-size and a twin. There is also a bathroom complete with shower over the bath and WC.
