This includes a dual fuel range cooker fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee machine. There are 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is downstairs and this has a double bed. There is also a downstairs bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. This also houses the washing machine. Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms which include a king-size bed with a Smart TV, a zip-and-link bed (can be made into twins on request) with a Smart TV and a double bed. There is another bathroom on this floor that has a shower and WC. Stepping outside through the large patio doors that lead off the lounge is a large terraced area with patio furniture and a charcoal BBQ to dine alfresco overlooking the magnificent countryside views down to the beach. This is surrounded by glass balustrades but not enclosed. At the rear of the property is a garden shed where you can store surfboards and pushbikes if needed and there is a handy outside tap to rinse off the sand. There is a steep driveway that leads up to the entrance. Here you can park up to 3 cars. There is also a carport at the bottom of the drive another van/car if required.
