The spacious apartment can be accessed either directly from the Esplanade at the front, or via a lift from the parking area at the rear. Once inside the apartment, it’s all on one level with large windows stretching wall to wall across the front of the building. This design means that the apartment takes full advantage of the magnificent coastal views. The huge open-plan living area incorporates a lounge, dining area, kitchen, reading area and a children’s play area. There is plenty of comfortable seating throughout and a great range of spaces for the entire group to spread out in. Doors lead out onto the seaside patio, which is shared with the adjoining apartments. The sleeping arrangements are versatile with a king-size bedroom and en-suite, a twin room and a further twin room featuring a zip-and-link bed that can be converted into a super-king if requested in advance.
