Sussex beachfront holiday home located directly on the beach in Worthing with four bedrooms, sleeps eight with a games room, a table tennis table and a large garden.

Step into the spacious hallway, which guides you through to the light and airy contemporary kitchen. This is well-equipped with two electric ovens and a gas hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher and microwave, and a table with seating for six that offers a sociable place to gather for morning coffee or to chat whilst dinner is prepared. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The kitchen leads into the games room which is the perfect place to get the family together for a game of table tennis after dinner and beyond the games room is a spacious lounge/diner where you can relax of an evening. The dining table seats ten easily and is ideal for family meals. Afterwards, relax in front of the Smart TV on the comfortable corner sofa or armchairs, or curl up with a good book in one of the armchairs overlooking the garden. Completing the ground floor is a separate WC.

Stairs lead up to the first floor where there are five bedrooms. The two sumptuous king-size bedrooms enjoy spectacular sea views and have access to the balcony which spans the rear of the property. Enjoy a morning coffee on one of the bistro table and chairs and soak up the breathtaking sea views whilst you plan the day ahead.

There are three other bedrooms: a double, a 2ft 6" twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a king-size on request) and a small nursery with a travel cot, and an en-suite shower room with WC - for those without babies, this room also makes an ideal snug room to sit and relax. Also, on the first floor is a bathroom with a shower and WC.

Outside, relax on the decking with an outdoor dining table and sofa seating area to enjoy the outdoor life. Venture out onto the beach via your own personal access gate at the end of the garden and walk for miles either way at low tide. Finish off the day with a family BBQ and watch the sun go down with a glass of wine relaxing at the patio table and chairs. There is private parking for up to two cars.
