This beautiful cottage sleeps four guests just inland from Y Felinheli between Bangor and  Caernarfon. This tranquil countryside setting has everything you need within easy reach and is surrounded by wonderful, totally unspoilt views of woodland, farmland, mountains and wildlife. A perfect 1.5-mile scenic walk takes you to the welcoming local pub in Llanddeiniolen, and you will find a village shop in Bethel, 2 miles away. In under 3 miles, you can be relaxing on the waterfront at Y Felinheli, whilst the castle town of Caernarfon and the city of Bangor are both 5 miles away with gift shops, restaurants and supermarkets.This characterful cottage in scenic North Wales offers comfortable and cosy accommodation for a small group of family and friends. You’ll be surrounded by woodland, farmland, mountains and wildlife, with excellent walks from your front door. The nearest pub is 1.5 miles away in Llanddeiniolen, while there’s a village shop in Bethel (2 miles). Snowdonia National Park, a wonderful destination for nature lovers, is only 8 miles away. The Isle of Anglesey is also well worth the trip – to get there, take the suspension bridge over the Menai Strait (4 miles).

The interior of this beautiful cottage has a number of impressive original stone walls that contrast beautifully with the white walls and wooden ceiling beams. The spacious living/dining area is furnished with leather sofas and a Georgian dining table for enjoying meals together, plus a TV/DVD for relaxing. Be sure to absorb the lovely views from here. Head through the stone archway to the glossy kitchen, which has everything you need for preparing meals. The two bedrooms – a double and a twin – are roomy and welcoming, again with lovely stone walls and beams. Keep an eye out for the gorgeous slit window in the twin room. There’s also a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

French doors from the living area take you out to the large patio, where you can enjoy spectacular views and some wildlife and bird watching. It’s furnished with a table and chairs as well as a fire pit for cooking meals outdoors.
